Sabre is looking for a Sales Operations Automation Specialist to improve and automate sales operations processes using AI and automation technologies. In this role, you will identify workflow inefficiencies, build automation solutions, optimize reporting processes, and develop AI-enabled tools that enhance productivity across the commercial organization. You will work closely with Sales Operations, Sales, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business outcomes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in process automation, sales operations, or business process improvement.
• Strong understanding of sales operations and lead-to-cash business processes.
• Experience working with Salesforce and sales automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau CRM, Looker, QlikView, or QlikSense.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar Generative AI platforms.
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain workflow automation solutions.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience integrating automation tools with business systems and data sources.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Interest in emerging AI technologies and process optimization.
